Filmed are interiors of the metallurgical plant, melt steel, open-hearth furnaces, workers shaping red-hot steel, old factory equipment and facilities, faзade of the building. The legacy of steel manufacturing lives on today in the massive amounts of raw steel, pig iron and finished steel items produced at the Magnitogorsk Metal Works. Views of the city of Magnitogorsk: statue of the Soviet Worker handing the sword that he has forged to the Soviet Soldier, city streets, houses, a monument to Lenin, panorama of regional landscapes filmed in winter time including aero views, aerodrome, tram lines, a bridge over a lake, and a famous steel plant shot from various angles.
