Russian Police registered wolf attack on a human, a policeman was attacked by a wolf or wolves.
The accident took place on the road connecting Moscow and the Russian town Taganrog. It was about midnight. The policeman ( Sergei Antonov) stopped the car which was apparently driving with the broken front light. The policemen was checking the driving license and the documents and was about to issue a ticket to the driver .
At this very moment Unexpectedly a stock of wolves appeared running fast toward the car , a policeman was at risk, a c0ollegues of his shouted loudly “ Sergei watch out, wolves” . The policeman could not believe as he encountered wolves suddenly, unexpectedly, running fast towards him.
Under normal circumstances, wild wolves are generally timid around humans. Wolves usually try to avoid contact with people but In modern times, as humans begin to encroach on wolf habitats more contacts are being recorded.
This particular area of the road is half dark so it was hard to see the wolves gathering in the stock. On the other hand, it’s an open landscape around, not a forestry area, a police car was standing there regularly during night watch but nothing like that ever happened before, The accident was recordered by the local CCTV camera
