The footage is devoted to the Kaliningrad region separated from the main land of Russia – it presenets the tiny territory on the Southern Baltic Sea coast between Poland and Lithuania called "the Western Russian enclave". A lot of people who had lost their homes during the war moved here. Following orders of ruling Communist Party they ruined many historical buildings. Nevertheless some monuments of architecture are left since the times when Kaliningrad was Koenigsberg and belonged to East Prussia.
