In August 2010 we conducted the second stage of filming the biggest pipe-laying ship, the Solitaire in operation. The project required working 24 hours Creating high quality HD videos quickly and efficiently in a time-pressured industrial environment.

The crew travelled to Vyborg, a town in Leningrad Oblast, 2 hours drive from St. Petersburg . Russia . The aim was to film the biggest pipe-laying ship, the Solitaire in operation , a corporate film about industrial project, a gas pipeline to link Russia and the European Union via the Baltic Sea. |
A film director Hans Burchartz and a cameraman Taco Van Moorselaar came from the Netherlands picking up all the necessary equipment including high definition camera SONY HDW750P lighting and sound gear from St. Petersburg TVDATA office.

The event was held in the most beautiful Konstantinovsky palace, closed to the public due to the ceremony. Special security measures were in force, journalists had to go through metal detectors to have their bags and purses X-rayed. Security guards counted all the visitors: the number of visitors entering the complex had to coincide with the number of people leaving the territory. |

The filming was organized at the last moment. TVdata producer received all special allowance documents for the crew and arriving German reporter HELGE FEILBACH. The assignment required special communication skills with Russian officials, fast thinking and immediate emails and fax responses. We completed the accreditation process in one day and are very thankful in this regard to German Embassy in Moscow. |
